🎯 When to Use Broadcasts (Filtered Audience)

Use this broadcast type when:

  • You want to send messages to existing contacts in BotSpace

  • You need to target users based on filters, lists, or integrations

  • You are running promotional or informational campaigns

  • You want to retry delivery to failed contacts

  • You want to schedule broadcasts for a future date and time

🧭 How to Send Broadcast by Filtering Contacts

  • Login to your BotSpace Dashboard and navigate to Whatsapp from the left-hand menu.

  • Click on Broadcast > Create Broadcast to start a new campaign.

  • Select the WhatsApp Channel from which the broadcast should be sent.

  • Enter the Template Name and choose an approved WhatsApp template for the broadcast.

  • Select the target audience by filtering contacts based on day, month, date, and labels.

  • Use the Do Not Send List option to exclude unwanted contacts by applying filters based on day, month, date, and labels.

  • Select Auto Labeling if you want contacts to be automatically labeled when the message is delivered through this broadcast.

  • Add values for any dynamic variables used in the template and select a media file if the template includes media.

  • Review the campaign details and click Send to proceed.

Once sent, the broadcast will be delivered to all selected contacts as per WhatsApp policies.

πŸ”„ Retry Broadcast to Failed Audience

BotSpace provides an option to retry sending broadcasts to failed contacts, helping improve overall delivery.

  • While sending the broadcast, you can choose to retry the campaign for contacts where message delivery failed

  • Retries can be configured for up to 3 intervals, based on your requirement

  • This helps re-attempt delivery without creating a new campaign

⏰ Schedule a Broadcast

You can also schedule a broadcast to be sent at a later time.

How Scheduling Works:

  • While reviewing the broadcast, click on the Schedule button

  • A scheduling pop-up will appear

  • Select the preferred date and time

  • Click on Schedule to confirm

The broadcast will be sent automatically at the scheduled time.
