🧭 Step-by-Step: How to Create a Custom Marketing Template

Step 1: Login to Botspace

  • Login to your Botspace Dashboard

  • Click on WhatsApp from the left menu

Step 2: Navigate to Templates

  • Go to Templates

  • Click on the Create Template button

Step 3: Select Channel

  • Choose the WhatsApp channel

  • Select the number where your WhatsApp API is connected or from which you want to send messages

Step 4: Choose Template Type

  • Select Custom Marketing Template

  • Click Next

Step 5: Add Template Details
