🧭 Step-by-Step: How to Create a Contact List
Step 1: Login to Botspace
Login to your Botspace Dashboard using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Go to Contacts
Click on Contacts from the left-hand menu
select the Contact Lists option
Click on the Create a List button
Step 3: Enter the required Details
A dialog box will appear
Enter the List Name
Add a Description for your list
Step 4: Download Sample CSV
You will see an option to Download Sample CSV
Download the sample file

Step 7: Add Contact Details to CSV
Open the downloaded CSV file
Add contact details as per the given format
You can:
Add existing contacts
Add new contacts that are not present in the system
Step 8: Upload the CSV File
In the same dialog box, click on the Upload File option
Select the CSV file from your computer
Click on the Create button
Step 9: Contact List Created
The contact list will be created successfully
Any new contacts added in the CSV file will be automatically created and added to the list
