Login to Botspace Dashboard
Navigate to WhatsApp > Templates
Click on Create Template
Select your WhatsApp Channel (API-connected number)
Choose Marketing as the category
Select Carousel as the template type
Click Next to proceed

Add template id.
Add the main body content for the template.
📚 Carousel Cards
You can add a maximum of 10 cards in a single carousel template
Each card can contain:
Image OR Video (only one media type per card)
Supporting text/description
📌 Media format, size, and aspect ratio must follow Meta (WhatsApp) guidelines.
