With BotSpace you can update your WhatsApp Business Phone Number Business Profile as well as Contact Details connected on BotSpace.
If you have not already connected a WhatsApp Number to BotSpace go to Connect WhatsApp on BotSpace
To update Business Profile and Contact Details go to BotSpace Dashboard and click on WhatsApp on the side drawer.
Select the WhatsApp Channel you want to update Business Profile and Contact Details and the click on Settings on the side drawer.
Scroll down a bit and you will see the Business Profile and Contact Details update form. You can update the following here -
Profile Picture
Websites
E-mail
About Me
Address
Set the Business Profile and Contact Details as per you like and click on the Update button.
The updated information will be reflected on your WhatsApp Profile.
