To update the Display name of a WhatsApp Number connected on BotSpace follow these steps -
Go to your Facebook Business Manager settings and select the Business Portfolio which has the WhatsApp Business Account that has the WhatsApp Number whose display name you are trying to change.
Click WhatsApp accounts on the side drawer - select the WhatsApp account which has the Phone Number connected whose display name you want to change and click on WhatsApp Manager.
In WhatsApp Manager click on Phone numbers and then click on the Settings Icon for the Phone Number whose Display Name you want to change.
After you are in the Settings of the Phone Number click on Profile Tab and click on Edit in the Display name section.
A Edit Display name dialog will appear - Enter the new Display Name and click on Submit.
The new Display name will now be reviewed by Meta. After the display name has been approved by Meta you will be asked to Re-register to reflect the Display Name change.
Navigate to BotSpace Dashboard and select the WhatsApp from the Side Drawer then Settings. You will see the Update Display Name section.
Click on the Update button, you will be shown a Confirmation Dialog which will be asked to confirm that you have Turned off 2FA for the Phone Number you are trying to update. Click on Confirm button.

Your Display Name will be changed in a while and the change will be reflected on FBM.
