With Public API you can integrate WhatsApp Channel connected to BotSpace to external sources. The Public APIs gives you the ability to perform the following -
Send Text, Media and Template messages
Get Messages sent using BotSpace
Manage Conversation on BotSpace
Manage Contacts on BotSpace
To get started with Public API go to Settings -> API Keys
Create API Key
To Create an API Key click on Add API Key button. You will be shown a dialog which will ask for an API Key name - after you enter the name and click on Create an API key will be created which you can use to access Public API endpoints
You can copy the API Key by clicking on the Copy button
