BotSpace Shopify integration provides you with a AI Upsell after Purchase workflow.

AI Upsell after Purchase workflow recommends a similar product to based on the purchase made on your Shopify Store using our AI Agent.
To create AI Upsell after Purchase workflow go to the BotSpace Dashboard and select the Workflows on the side drawer.
Click on Create workflow button and then select From template option from the drop-down menu
A dialog with all available workflow templates will appear. Scroll down a bit and select Upsell after purchase card.
A confirmation dialog with preview and template description will appear. Click on Create button.
Your workflow will be created then. Turn on the workflow to start upselling when a user makes an purchase!
The AI upsell after purchase action send a WhatsApp Template message for the recommended product. You can change the default selected template with your own template. The template that can selected has to have the following - Image Header, 2 Variables (for Customer Name and Product Name) and URL Button that allows Any URL - You can learn more about WhatsApp Template from the following link
