BotSpace now provides an improved Rex Actions page where you can easily create, manage, and control the actions available to your AI Agent.
There are now two categories of actions:
Shopify Actions
These are native AI Agent methods that work when you have the Shopify integration installed in your workspace.
Currently available: Track Order, Cancel Order, and Recommend Products.
Cannot be edited or deleted
Can only be enabled or disabled
Custom Actions
These are actions you define yourself by providing the API details (URL, headers, body, etc.). Your AI Agent will execute these actions on demand.
Can be created, edited, or deleted
Easily managed from the UI
Turn Actions On/Off
The main update in this revamp is the ability to enable or disable any action. If you don’t want your AI Agent to use a specific action, simply switch it off.
