What Are Workflow Templates?
Workflow Templates are pre-built automation flows designed for common business scenarios, like replying to DMs, sending order confirmations, handling after-hours messages, and more. Instead of building each flow from scratch, you can simply pick a template, customize it if needed, and go live instantly.
How to Use Workflow Templates
Go to Workflows from the left-hand menu.
Click the Create workflow button.
Select "from the template".
Browse or search from a list of available templates.
Click Create on the template you want to use.
Customize the workflow if needed and turn it on. You’re all set.
