Usage-based charges
Certain messaging channels are billed based on usage. These charges are deducted from a BotSpace-managed wallet and are prepaid. This means you need to recharge the wallet to send messages on these channels.

FAQs
What forms of payment do you accept?
We generally charge directly through Shopify. For Premium plan customers, we do offer payments outside of Shopify via Stripe since these can contain one-time or yearly payment commitments.
How does wallet top-up work?
For wallet top-ups, we offer Stripe for International customers and Razorpay for Indian customers. Wallet top-ups are prepaid and cannot be processed through Shopify
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we do offer volume discounts for Premium plan customers.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not provided for subscription payments or wallet balances. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may contact support to raise a request.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from your BotSpace dashboard. Plan changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted accordingly.
